South Patrick Shores is a small hamlet located between Satellite Beach (to the south) and Patrick Air Force Base...and the Pineda Causeway...to the north. Since the Project to run the Pineda all the way to I-95 has been completed...this area has the shortest commute times for those looking to live on the South beaches but travel to the Orlando area for work.
This small community of inexpensively priced homes was originally designed to appeal to the Air Force community. The area feeds Satellite Beach schools. Many of the residents in South Patrick shores are retired military or first time home buyers.
South Patrick Shores is a good option for both investors and first time buyers looking to feed "A-Rated" schools and have quick commute times without paying the price for such amenities. Prices for single family homes range from under 100k to around 150k.
