Indian Harbour Beach (make sure you spell it correctly....residents will correct you if you drop the U in Harbour...lol) is the town located beach side just north of the Eau Gallie (pronounced O-Gally) Causeway...and just south of Satellite Beach. It includes all the land between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. Many of the south beach residents do their grocery shopping here (Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are located on Eau Gallie) so it is very conveniently located!
The town itself boasts varied housing prices from under 100k for a condo or townhouse...to over 1 million. The "A-rated" schools and convenient location make this a potential choice for all ages. Gleason Park, with its many recreational options including a beautiful and clean public pool is located in Indian Harbour Beach.
